  • Entry points will be updated via our map closer to the festival.

  • The festival gates will open on Saturday at 11.15 hours with the event finishing at 23.00 hours

  • Tickets can be purchased online at www.seetickets.com

  • A valid ticket is required for entry, and presenting your booking confirmation number/email alone will not grant you entry.

    At the time of purchase of e-tickets, you will have received an email from See Tickets with the e-tickets PDF attached (please check your spam/junk/other inboxes).

    See Tickets sends the confirmation email from: donotreply@seetickets.com with the subject ‘E-Ticket Order’.

    Should you not be able to source the e-tickets in your inbox, they are also held on your online See Tickets account: www.seetickets.com/account/login – please log in to your account and retrieve them.

    You’ll need to contact your point of purchase See Tickets regarding missing tickets, as we’re unable to action the re-sending of emails/tickets – please contact See Tickets customer service here: www.seetickets.com/customerservice

    If you ordered physical tickets online with See Tickets, these are processed and dispatched by See Tickets directly.

  • Wristbands are only valid if you wear it on your wrist

    Wristbands that are tampered with or damaged, glued, cut, broader than the hand are considered as invalid

    Wristbands are non-transferable to another person

    Damaged and lost wristbands cannot be replaced

  • Advance tickets and on-the-day wristbands are non-refundable.

  • Children aged 12 and under can enter Humber Street Sesh free of charge, but they need to wear a child wristband and must be accompanied by an adult in possession of an adult wristband.

    You can collect the child’s wristbands at either of the ticket booths at the entrances.

    Please familiarise your child with the festival site, and pick a point where to meet if you are lost to each other. Ideally, this would be the lost children & welfare points.

  • We are more than happy to offer a carer accompanying someone to the festival for free entry. Please contact the festival prior to the date to arrange this prior to the festival. Our accessibility policy is available to view here.

  • Bag and body searches will be carried out by security staff at all gates, please see site rules on the website and on the entrance points into the festival.

  • Road closures start Wednesday at 7am and will remain in place until Monday August at 2pm. Maps of roads affected can will be updated closer to the festival.

Travel

  • Humber Street Sesh is on Hull’s vibrant Marina on Saturday 3rd August.

  • The Humber Street Sesh site is around 15-20 minutes walk from the Hull Paragon Interchange.

    We suggest visitors walk along Princes Dock Street, then cross the A63 via Murdoch’s Connection and walk along Humber Dock Street to access the festival.

    Alternatively, walk from High Street, walk under the Myton Bridge flyover, and continue onto Humber Street.

  • There is no parking available on site for festival visitors and in line with our Sustainability aims, we urge everyone to walk, cycle or use public transport, however, should you need to use a car please car share. There are many car parks which are open across the city – Princes Quay (HU1 2PQ), King William House Car Park (HU1 1RS), Blackfriargate Muti Storey and many Hull City Council car parks. Please check car park closing times when planning your journey to HSS.

  • It’s easy and affordable to travel to Humber Street Sesh with Hull Trains.

    Hull Trains are offering free local travel to and from Humber Street Sesh for wristband and ticket holders from Doncaster, Selby, Howden and Brough to Hull.

Tickets, Wristbands & Entry to the Festival

Staying Safe at Humber Street Sesh

  • Yes. A First Aid location will be available and updated via our map.

    If you feel unwell, or in an emergency, please seek out the nearest member of event staff wearing a Hi-Viz.

    Covid is still with us, so please do not enter the festival site if you feel unwell or show any of the latest symptoms or if you have tested positive for Covid.

  • Look after yourselves and each other. If anyone feels dizzy, sick, weak or has problems with their vision please contact the medical staff immediately.

    Protect yourself against the sun, rest as much as you can, drink a lot of non-alcoholic beverages, eat, and wash your hands regularly!

    Drink alcohol with care to avoid accidents occurring from drunkenness.

  • We kindly ask you to drink reasonable amounts of alcohol and smoke reasonable amounts of cigarettes and to refrain from using drugs at all.

    Intoxicated festival goers, and people under the age of 18 cannot be served with any alcoholic beverages.

    Important: consumption of narcotics is strictly forbidden and is against the law.

    HSS operates a zero-tolerance policy where drugs are concerned

  • If you have to take medication regularly, please bring a sufficient amount of it with you.

  • Please only bring the most necessary items with you. If possible, leave your valuables at home. We kindly ask you to hand in any items you find to the welfare, production, or event staff.

Useful tips & advice from the organisers

  • There will be a dedicated food court and most of the retail outlets, bars and restaurants on Humber Street will be operating as usual.

    Festival-goers may also bring packed lunches into the festival.

    There will be free water stations at each bar for refills.

  • August is usually sunny with a possibility of showers. Check the weather forecast before leaving for the festival. Make sure you have a raincoat and sun cream, just in case.

  • There are plenty of toilet facilities including accessible toilets available across the festival site and we understand that these will be busy at certain times. We encourage visitors to wait patiently to use the toilets and refrain from using alleyways and buildings to relieve themselves.

  • Getting from one location to another might take a longer time than you would expect due to crowds, so we advise you leave early to get to each stage in time.

    When arriving and leaving the festival you may notice the Footbridge over the A63 and the Queen Street/Market Place crossings can be crowded. Please be patient, don’t push others, don’t try to walk against the crowd.

  • Most items lost at HSS are usually reunited with owners, please ask event staff if you have any queries.

  • Please note that CCTV, photography, interviews, and video recordings will take place at the festival. By entering the site, you are consenting to be included in this activity which may be used for promotional purposes.

  • Yes, however, please consider the festival site will be a very busy and noisy environment. Your dog must be always on a lead and if a guide/working dog ideally wearing a working cover. You must follow the event staff’s rules at all times.
