Hull Box Office Ticket Holder Update
Sesh Events announce a change to previous information to tickets holders for Humber Street Sesh 2020 who purchased via Hull Box Office.
In May 2020, Sesh Events announced the cancellation of Humber Street Sesh 2020 due to the pandemic and advised that tickets would be valid for 2021 and that if required, refunds should be sought via Hull Box Office.
This information has now changed
Due to the liquidation of VMS LIVE 2011 LTD on 15th July 2020, the owners of Hull Box Office, tickets purchased via Hull Box Office for Humber Street Sesh 2020 are NOT valid for the festival in 2021.
Appointed administrators, Anthony Batty & Co LLP, who are dealing with the liquidation of VMS Live 2011 Ltd, are unable, at this stage of the process, to specify if refunds will be available to ticket purchasers.

The joint administrator's advice to ticket holders who purchased at Hull Box Office is to approach the ticket issuer in the first instance or alternatively ticketholders who have paid by credit or debit card for events/tickets which have been cancelled may seek refunds from their card issuer. Dave Mays, Sesh Events director said “We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to our loyal customers concerning refunds in these challenging times. We have been dealing with circumstances beyond our control and from which we all require answers. However, the show must go on and we are busy working on plans for Humber Street Sesh 2021”
Please note Humber Street Sesh 2020 £10 Early Bird Tickets purchased via Gigantic and all £15 General Admission tickets purchased via Gigantic, SeeTickets, Hull Culture and Leisure are still valid for Humber Street Sesh 2021.
